Blocked SMTP Port

Due to several recent complaints about SPAM sent from our network, we decided to limit access to email ports.
Therefore, the following rules are applied:

  • Each IP is limited to sending 50 emails every 30 seconds and 500 emails per hour.

And each IP that exceeds the limits will be blocked according to the following rules:

  • If more than 50 emails are sent in less than 30 seconds, the IP is blocked for 5 minutes.
  • If more than 500 emails are sent in less than 1 hour, the IP is blocked for 1 hour.
  • If more than 5,000 emails are sent in less than 12 hours, the IP is permanently blocked until you contact us.

In addition to the rules above, if we receive complaints that an IP is sending spam, it will also be permanently blocked until you contact us.

You must configure your mail server to comply with the rules above.
